Nadine is an absolute wealth of knowledge, if you are considering a purchase on the peninsula you would be foolish not to engage her to assist you. I think people assume buyers agents just help you find a property for a great price - which they do! But the work that Nadine did for us was so much more than that, she really goes above and beyond.
We had a super tight budget and a pretty difficult brief, yet Nadine was able to navigate this with ease. Nadine helped save us from a costly mistake that could have cost us hundreds of thousands in the long run when we were considering a property that would not have been suitable. She was able to show us several comparison properties, many off market before anyone else saw them and help us navigate all the complexities of buying in an area you haven’t lived in before (school zoning, heavy traffic areas, bad roads, family friendly pockets - all the things you just couldn’t know by scrolling realestate listings.
